ELC

KLEENTEK FERROCARE ELC uses the principle of "Electrostatics" to separate and collect fluid contaminants. "Electrostatic" force applies to all particles and they migrate to 'positive' or 'negative' electrodes. Maximum collection occurs at the pleated edges of 'collectors', where the intensity of the deformed electric field is strongest. In the ELC this force is created by a special transformer which charges twsso sets of SS electrodes, one 'positive’ one 'negative'.

LVDH

Low Vacuum Dehydration does efficiently what centrifuging can never do. The LVDH uses a comprehensive process to remove water and gases from oil at temperature lower than 53c, thus drastically reducing oxidation during the dehydration process. The LVDH is a quick, inexpensive and automatic system that overcomes centrifuging's major drawbacks, especially that of oxidation, emulsified water retention, power consumption & high maintenance.

Online Particle Counter

The PC9001 Particle Counter contains the sensing device and electronics for detecting level of contamination. The Laser based sensor uses light blocking (extinction) technology for particle detection whereby particles passing through an optical flow cell block an amount of laser light proportional to size of particle. The resultant particle concentration data are sent out through via a fibre optic cable.

Centrifuge

Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from Oil upto 1 and below, by Centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters can not remove such fine dirt from oil. There are no consumables hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned and the unit put back to use again. With clean oil, wear of tools and dies is reduced and job finish is improved. The oil need not be replaced frequently, thereby saving substantially on oil expenses and protecting Environment.

Sump Cleaner

Oilmax Coolant / Sump Cleaner removes sludge, metal chips & swarf from Coolant/ Oil tanks & filters it via reusable steel mesh filter. The System Works on the Principle of Vacuum Suction. A powerful vacuum blower creates vacuum in the tank of the unit, which sucks in coolant, metal chips swarf etc, passing it through mesh basket. Contamination gets collected in the basket & clean coolant flows through to the tank of the unit. A centrifugal delivery pump delivers back the clean coolant.
